COVID-19 INFORMATION:

As a company we have taken this transition very seriously with the main goal being to ensure our clients continue to feel safe during their Beyond Day Spa experience. With that being said, we continue to review and update our policies to both accommodate our fully functioning business and the best interest of our clients and staff. As a result of a change in federal and state policy, masks are no longer required. Please read below for all updated safety policies, precautions and service rules.

GUEST POLICY:

Only the esthetician and the client getting the procedure done are allowed in the treatment room. All guests must wait in the waiting area.

We kindly request that you do not bring:

  • Children that require your care and attention

  • More than two companions

  • Pets

SAFETY + PRECAUTIONS:

In addition to our usual high standards of maintaining a clean environment, we have updated our procedures for cleaning and sanitation to ensure the safety of our spa and clients. All Beyond Team members have been Barbicide + Barbicide Covid-19 Certified.

GUEST RELATIONS:

  • Every client must fill out the client intake form sent via text.

  • Gratuities: Venmo is encouraged and recommended, cash and cards are also accepted.

  • Receipts will be sent via email. (Paper receipts are available upon request).

PAYMENT:

  • We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.

  • Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Services and/or packages must be paid in full.

  • If you have a package or gift card, just call us and we'll quickly get you scheduled.

PRODUCT RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

  • You may return unopened skin care products in original packaging within 10 days of purchase accompanied by a sales receipt for a full credit.

  • Any opened purchases may possibly be returned for spa credit as long as they are more than one-half full you will receive partial credit only (restrictions apply).

BOOKING:

  • Credit cards are required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservations.

  • Online booking requires a 15% deposit of the total service and is non-refundable.

  • Online booking deposits can be used as store credit  only when canceled with 24+ hours notice.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

  • Your service begins at the time scheduled.

  • We send email confirmations and text message reminders 48 hours before your appointment time.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $30.00 fee. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification (No show/No call) will be charged the $30.00 fee or if you have a package of service with us, a service will be taken out of your package.

DELAYS:

  • All delays more than 15 minutes will be charged a $30 No-Show fee OR you may lose a service from your package if the system is unable to charge your credit card on file

  • Your service will end by the time it was scheduled as we need to follow and respect other clients booked appointments.

PACKAGES:

  • All packages expire 5 months after date of purchase.

  • Packages are exclusively for the individual who purchased or was gifted the package and cannot be shared with family or friends.

  • Packages are for VIP clients who are regulars.

  • Packages are highly discounted services, bundled together to give our clients the best results and most value for their money using our advanced processes and technology. Packages are non-refundable. We encourage and expect you to complete all the services in your Package. HOWEVER, if for some reason a Package has to be terminated before completion and Beyond Day Spa management agrees to the breaking up of the Package, all completed services will be charged at regular prices.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • We love our clients and have created the simplest way to get into and out of our membership program

  • NO long term contracts or complicated cancellation process

  • Cancel anytime (no less than 7 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE your renewal date)

  • Once your payment is processed we can not reverse the charge or offer a credit and you have until the day before your next billing date to use the service in your membership

  • To cancel you must call the spa during business hours, our system does not allow clients to sign up nor cancel their memberships which ensures there are no mishaps and your cancelation is guaranteed

  • Only the person that signed up for the membership and whose credit card is active on the system can cancel the membership, even if membership is being shared by friend or family member

GROUPON:

  • NEW CLIENTS ONLY.

  • 1 per person - if you’ve purchased a Beyond Day Spa Groupon in the past we will not accept a second Groupon, even if it’s for another service.

  • Redemption / Voucher code is required to book an appointment.

  • Service will be lost if appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

BEYOND DAY SPA IS A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT:

Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to make you Look & Feel Younger by improving your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
