We ask our clients to arrive on time (not early, not late) since we have limited headcount and closed our waiting area. • We’ve staggered our appointments. All services will be allotted an extra 15 minutes of time to allow for additional sanitation protocols. This will also make sure clients aren't crossing paths. • All clients will be asked to wait in their vehicles prior to appointments and to call or text us upon arrival. We will let you know when we are ready for you to come inside. • Once you come inside you will be asked a series of COVID health questions and we will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer. • We’re no longer taking walk-ins to ensure safety and social distancing guidelines are followed. • All of our staff will be required to wear masks and face shields.
